Pitboard is a free, open-source macOS menu bar app and CLI for developers with several Claude or ChatGPT plans. Instead of signing out and in through the browser when a plan hits its limit, pick an account and pitboard swaps the login in place, keeping history and settings. It shows each account's 5-hour and weekly usage side by side and suggests the one with most quota left. Unlike proxies or browser tricks, it uses each tool's own login, sent only to Anthropic or OpenAI. Install with Homebrew.
