Buy a coffee lets people support the makers of products they like directly. The service fee, payment window, order quantities and minimum withdrawal are shown in the figures above, read straight from the system configuration.
1. The supporter pays
- On a product page, you pick a support item (such as a coffee or a tea) and a quantity, and can leave the maker a message.
- Payment is processed by SePay through VietQR bank transfer, card or NAPAS.
- For bank transfers, keep the transfer memo the system generates so the payment is matched automatically. If you pay after the window closes or your bank changes the memo, an administrator reconciles and confirms it by hand.
- Unikorn does not store your card number. Card details are handled by SePay.
2. Money lands in the maker's Unikorn wallet
- Once a payment is confirmed, Unikorn deducts the service fee and credits the rest to the maker's Unikorn wallet.
- Makers see their balance and support history in the dashboard.
3. The maker withdraws to a bank account
- The maker enters a bank name, account number and account holder name, then requests a withdrawal once the balance reaches the minimum.
- The requested amount is held in the wallet until the request is processed. While a request is pending, the maker cannot open another.
- An administrator approves the request, sends the transfer and marks it completed. If the request is rejected, the held amount returns to the wallet.
- The maker is responsible for the accuracy of the bank details provided.
4. Wallet locks
Unikorn may lock a maker's wallet when it detects signs of fraud, a breach of the Terms of Service or the Community Guidelines, or when a competent authority requires it. A locked wallet cannot be withdrawn from until it is unlocked.
5. No refunds
Support payments are not refunded once they are confirmed. Please check the item, quantity and amount before you pay. If you believe you were charged because of a system error, contact us and we will look into the transaction.
6. Contact
For any question about payments or withdrawals, write to [email protected] and include the transaction code if you have it.
