By accessing or using unikorn.vn and its related services (together, Unikorn), you agree to the terms below, together with the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines and the Payment Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using Unikorn.
1. Accounts
- You sign up with an email and password, or with a Google or GitHub account.
- The information you provide must be accurate. Each person uses one personal account.
- You keep your sign-in details secure and are responsible for activity under your account. If you notice unauthorised access, tell us right away.
- If you are under the age of majority, you need consent from a parent or guardian.
2. Content and ownership
- You keep ownership of the content you post: product descriptions, images, comments, reviews, Talks and changelogs.
- By posting, you grant Unikorn a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, translate, reformat and distribute that content on Unikorn and in Unikorn's emails, newsletters and channels. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for backups and content others have quoted.
- You confirm that you hold the rights to what you post and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
- Unikorn's name, logo, interface and source code belong to Unikorn.
3. Submitting products
- Products are reviewed by an administrator before they appear publicly and may be rejected if they do not meet the Community Guidelines.
- Submit only products you built or are authorised to represent. The maker of a product someone else submitted can ask to claim it.
- You are responsible for your product, including its legality, the accuracy of its information and how it handles user data.
- Unikorn does not guarantee the quality of products users submit. Using or buying those products is a matter between you and the maker.
4. Voting, points and rankings
- Upvotes, comments, reviews and other activity earn points under the rules on Points. How much each vote counts depends on the account's vote weight.
- Points, levels, badges and rankings have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Vote manipulation of any kind is prohibited. Unikorn may adjust or reclaim points and change rankings when it detects fraud.
- Scoring and ranking rules may change. The current rules are always published on the matching explainer pages.
5. Payments and wallets
- Users can support makers through Buy a coffee. Payments are processed by SePay.
- Support, minus the service fee, is credited to the maker's Unikorn wallet, and the maker withdraws it to a bank account after an administrator approves the request.
- Confirmed support payments are not refunded.
- Unikorn may lock a wallet when there are signs of fraud or a violation.

6. AI-generated content
- Unikorn uses AI to generate tips from the Uni assistant, AI product reviews, translations and email summaries.
- AI content can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check it before relying on it for a decision.
- An AI review is an automated analysis based on a product's public information. Unikorn does not vouch for its conclusions.
- Makers can contact us if an AI review of their product contains incorrect information.
7. Contests
By entering a contest on Unikorn, you agree to the Contest Rules and to that contest's own rules. Where the two differ, the contest's own rules apply. Unikorn may disqualify entries that break the rules and withdraw prizes when it finds fraud.
8. API and MCP
- Unikorn offers an API and an MCP server for developers, documented on Developers.
- Keep your API keys and tokens secret. You are responsible for every request made with them.
- Respect rate limits, and do not use the API to spam, manipulate votes, harvest personal data in bulk or overload the system.
- When you display data from Unikorn, credit the source and link back to the original page.
- Unikorn may change, limit or revoke API access when needed.
9. Prohibited conduct
In addition to the Community Guidelines, you may not attack, probe for vulnerabilities in or disrupt the system, bypass anti-bot measures, copy Unikorn in bulk beyond what the API allows, or use Unikorn for unlawful purposes.
10. Suspension and termination
- Unikorn may remove content, reclaim points, lock wallets, and suspend or permanently close accounts that break these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
- You may stop using Unikorn at any time and ask for your account to be deleted at [email protected].
11. Limitation of liability
- Unikorn is provided as is. We work to keep the service stable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- To the extent permitted by law, Unikorn is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of Unikorn, from products users submit or from AI content.
- Unikorn is not responsible for the content or practices of external websites linked from Unikorn.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will note the date at the top. For significant changes, we notify you by email or with a notice on Unikorn. Continuing to use Unikorn after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first settled by negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute goes to a competent court in Vietnam.
