The story behind the product

Having done SEO for many years, there is one thing I hate the most but can’t ignore: a content audit for clients.

Not because it’s difficult. But because it’s confusing.

Imagine: a site with 300 articles, scattered over 5 years, written by many different people, with no initial topic planning. This article talks about X, that one also talks about X but from a different angle, the third is quite similar to the first but was rewritten the following year because the old article is “weak.” Then there are dozens of articles that no one remembers, no one links to, just sitting there since last year.

When looking at the list of 300 URLs, the first question is: where to start?

Manual classification? Copy to a sheet, paste titles, read each article, take notes, mark them. While doing this, you discover this article links to that article, but that one links back, creating a loop. Then you find a cluster of 15 articles on the same topic but written in 15 different ways - unsure whether to merge, delete, or keep which as the pillar.

In the middle of it, you lose your flow. Have to read from the beginning again.

The difficulty is not the lack of information - but rather the too much disorganized information. To see the big picture, you need an overview, but looking at 300 articles at once is overwhelming. You have to break it down. Breaking it down loses the big picture. And so it goes round and round.

Not to mention after finishing the classification, you still need to translate the entire pile into common language to explain it to clients. What should be just a warm-up step can consume nearly half a workday.

After many years of repeating this cycle, I decided to build a tool to solve this problem - not because I wanted to create a product but because I really didn’t want to do it manually anymore.

Then I realized that many people were facing the same issue. So I packaged it up.

That is Entitron.

What is Entitron?

Entitron is a tool that analyzes all WordPress content using AI. Users export articles from WordPress into a ZIP file, upload it to Entitron, and receive a detailed SEO report - including evaluations of each article, website structure analysis, and a specific action plan.

Instead of manually poring over each article, the entire process occurs automatically in about 15–20 minutes.

1. Content Clustering by Topic

Entitron uses AI to group all articles into related topic clusters. Each cluster is named, receives an overall health assessment, and clearly shows which articles serve as pillar content and which support them.

This is the foundation for understanding the semantic structure of the entire site - something Google increasingly focuses on when evaluating topics rather than just reading individual keywords.

2. Evaluation of Each Article: KEEP / UPDATE / REMOVE

Each article is evaluated and classified:

• KEEP - The article is performing well, keep it as is

• UPDATE - The article has potential but needs content improvement, information updates, or additional links

• REMOVE - The article has low value, duplicate content, or does not meet search intent

Along with that is a specific reason and suggested action steps for each article.

3. Orphan Detection

An orphan article is one that has no other articles linking to it - making it hard for Google to find and less prioritized for crawling. Entitron detects all orphan articles and suggests the most relevant articles to link to, prioritizing based on the conversion funnel stage.
