DinkClub is a web application for managing pickleball clubs: organizing meetings, recording scores, calculating skill levels, and internal rankings for each club, all in one place.

Problem solved

Many clubs still record scores on paper, Excel, or group messages: easy to lose, tedious to compile, and difficult to know who is improving, and who should be paired with whom. DinkClub automates this process, so the management team has less to do, while members are motivated to play regularly.

Main features

• Meetings: members register with one touch, the app automatically schedules matches, scores can be entered with one touch or by typing the entire session. The on-court mode automatically brings up matches on available courts, and the TV screen shows live scores.

• Fair skill points: calculated based on actual teammates and opponents. New players have provisional points until they complete 10 matches.

• Rankings and player profiles: titles, trophies, merged teammates, rivals, commitment levels, match history.

• Tournaments: knockout formats, team tournaments, rotating cups, draw pairing right at the court.

• DinkClub Story: automatically write highlights and closing remarks for the session, with summary photos to share in the chat group.

Who should use it

Club owners and managers, weekly pickleball groups, along with their members.

How to get started

Runs on browsers (phones, tablets, computers), no installation required. Sign up to create a club owner account using email, set up the club, add members (type names, send invitations or import a list), then create the first meeting. Members log in using member ID or email.

Difference

Rankings are within each club rather than a global leaderboard, so everyone can see their progress among those they often play with. Automatic highlights, rotating cups, and on-court modes turn every play session into a story. The app has interfaces in Vietnamese and English, according to each club's time zone.
