Surely there are many of you here who are grinding MMO, building satellite websites, doing Affiliate, or operating WooCommerce stores. I'm in the same boat, and in the past, I was extremely obsessed with the loop: Visiting competitor websites, saving every image ➡️ copying the descriptions ➡️ "rephrasing" the text to avoid Google's Duplicate Content penalties ➡️ uploading it to my website. It was very time-consuming.

Recently, I discovered a pretty cool Chrome Extension called Ecom2WP AI. After trying it for a while, I noticed a significant increase in website productivity, so today I decided to come up and write a review to share with anyone who needs a solution for automating data entry.

1. What is Ecom2WP AI?

In short,  Ecom2WP AI is an extension that acts like a "virtual assistant." Its main job is to automatically scrape data from any website (Shopee, Taobao, or competitor websites...) and push it directly to your WordPress website with just 1 click.

Not only does it purely copy, but this tool also integrates AI to automatically rephrase it into a brand new blog post, SEO-friendly.

2. The most valuable features I've experienced

👉 1-Click "Import" all products to WooCommerce Normally, you have to manually download each image and copy each specification. With this tool, when you're on the product detail page of Shopee, just click the button and it will capture everything: Name, price, specifications, images... and push it straight to your WooCommerce store. A big plus is that the tool works extremely smoothly and accurately when "pulling" data from other WordPress websites.

👉 AI automatically "rephrases" articles according to Yoast SEO standards (Avoid copyright issues very well) This is my favorite feature. SEO folks fear being penalized by Google for exact copying. The tool allows you to connect to the API of Gemini or OpenRouter. It will read the original article, then the AI will automatically generate a completely new review article, 100% unique. It even auto-fills the H2 tags, Meta Description, and Focus Keyphrase, so the article gets a green light in Yoast SEO right after posting.

👉 Automatic image handling This extension automatically pulls images from the source, uploads them directly into the WordPress Media Library, and neatly inserts them into the post. Your computer's hard drive will no longer be cluttered with thousands of temporary downloaded images.

👉 Manage multiple satellite websites at once For those of you with a PBN site network, this tool allows you to add multiple sites into the settings. When browsing and finding interesting articles, just click once to select, and it will send that article to whichever satellite site you choose, without needing to log in multiple times.

3. Is the setup difficult?

The initial setup takes about 5 minutes. Basically, you need:

1. Enable Developer mode in chrome://extensions to install it.

2. Enter the API Key of the AI (like Gemini) and create an Application Password in WordPress to grant the extension permission to post.

3. Install an additional small plugin (AutoWork SEO Connector) so that the tool can communicate and write SEO data into Yoast.

4. Advantages and Disadvantages Evaluation

✅ Advantages:

• Saves an enormous amount of time (a 30-minute process per article now reduced to just a few seconds).

• AI integration for direct article generation right in the currently opened tab, eliminating the need to copy back and forth from ChatGPT.

• Very suitable for Affiliates and Dropshippers looking to replicate their stores quickly.
