Hello everyone,

I am building DealBack.vn – a product that helps users shop online with cashback through Zalo Official Account.

What problem does DealBack solve?

Currently, there are quite a few cashback applications, but most require users to download an app, create an account, remember a password, or get accustomed to a new usage flow.

With DealBack, I want to try a simpler approach:

Users do not need to download an app, do not need to create a password, just use it directly via Zalo.

The basic usage flow:

1. Users copy the link of the product from Shopee / TikTok Shop
2. Send that link to Zalo DealBack
3. DealBack creates a new cashback shopping link
4. Users purchase through the DealBack link
5. The order is recorded and the cashback amount is displayed in the dashboard

What makes DealBack different

✅ No need to download an app
✅ No need to create a password
✅ Use directly through Zalo Official Account
✅ Has a dashboard to track orders and balance
✅ Can receive cashback directly into bank account
✅ Focused on a fast, simple experience for average users
✅ Suitable for those who frequently shop on Shopee / TikTok Shop

A few initial test statistics

During the initial phase, the system recorded data from a regular user as follows:

🛒 16 orders
💸 Total purchase value approximately 8 million
🎁 The cashback amount I have received is about 400k

Note: the data for each account is different because everyone has different shopping needs. The actual cashback rate will vary by category, platform, shop, and timing.

Current status

DealBack currently has the following main features:

• Create cashback links from product links
• Record orders
• User dashboard
• Track balance
• Request withdrawal to bank account
• Zalo OA for users to send links and receive feedback
• Membership tier system and cashback bonuses

I am currently inviting the first group of users to experience it and provide real feedback before expanding.

Offers for trial users from Unikorn.

As a thank you, I will upgrade the membership tier to Diamond – the highest tier of DealBack – for those who try it during this period.

💎 Diamond tier benefits:
Receive an additional 10% cashback bonus for 30 days.

This bonus is calculated on the cashback amount, not the order value.

For example: if an order has a cashback of 50,000đ, a 10% bonus will add an extra 5,000đ.

Additionally, DealBack also has a referral program, where users can earn up to 200k when referring others to use it.

I hope to receive feedback on

• Is the process for sending links via Zalo convenient enough?
• Is the dashboard easy to understand?
• Is the display of balance / order / cashback clear?
• Do users feel confident using a cashback product through Zalo OA?
• Is there anything that makes people hesitant to try it?

If you frequently shop on Shopee or TikTok Shop, I would love for you to try DealBack with a small order and help provide feedback.
