I am building DealBack.vn – a product that helps users shop online with cashback through Zalo Official Account.

What problem does DealBack solve?

Currently, there are quite a few cashback applications, but most require users to download an app, create an account, remember a password, or get accustomed to a new usage flow.

With DealBack, I want to try a simpler approach:

Users do not need to download an app, do not need to create a password, just use it directly via Zalo.

The basic usage flow:

1. Users copy the link of the product from Shopee / TikTok Shop
2. Send that link to Zalo DealBack
3. DealBack creates a new cashback shopping link
4. Users purchase through the DealBack link

5. The order is recorded and the cashback amount is displayed in the dashboard

Note: the data for each account is different because everyone has different shopping needs. The actual cashback rate will vary by category, platform, shop, and timing.

• Zalo OA for users to send links and receive feedback

I am currently inviting the first group of users to experience it and provide real feedback before expanding.
