JATHONG CV Scoring – Assessing CVs from the perspective of HR and ATS criteria

JATHONG is developing a tool to help analyze and evaluate CVs for students, new graduates, and candidates seeking career opportunities.

The system combines two groups of criteria:

• Recruitment perspective: Compiled from data, forms, and criteria commonly used by HR when reviewing CVs.
• ATS standards: Analyzing the readability and screening of CVs based on the common operation of Applicant Tracking Systems – systems that help businesses manage and filter candidate profiles.

After uploading a CV, users will receive:

• Evaluation scores based on each group of criteria.
• Analysis of layout, content, and clarity.
• Keyword checks related to the applied position.
• Detection of missing or unconvincing content.
• Specific improvement suggestions to make the CV more professional and ATS-friendly.

Currently, the product is in the testing phase. JATHONG hopes to receive feedback from users to continue improving the criteria set, consistency of results, and user experience.

Note: The evaluation results are for reference and support in optimizing the CV and do not guarantee that candidates will definitely pass ATS or be hired by businesses.

You can also add data after having real data, such as: the number of CVs analyzed, the number of people participating in the test, the rate of users rating suggestions as helpful, and the consistency when re-evaluating the same CV.
