I created this app myself because the lunar calendar and death anniversary dates in Vietnam have some issues that generic calendars often calculate incorrectly: leap months (the anniversary must still be honored in the regular month, not in a leap month), the 30th day of a short month (should be moved back to the 29th), and the 12 zodiac animals in Vietnam are different from those in China (Mão is Cat, not Rabbit; Sửu is Ox, not Cow). No lunar calendar app handles these cases correctly, so I took the time to write the logic myself.

Family Lunar Calendar (formerly: Vietnamese Death Anniversary) — a lunar calendar book for the whole family, not just anniversaries:

• Remind about death anniversaries — automatically recalculates each year, correctly considers leap months + the 30th day of short months, notifies 1/3/7 days in advance
