I want to share a small classroom management application that I'm developing, called Loply. This application is aimed at teachers, tutors, or small teaching groups who need a simple tool to manage daily classroom activities.

The story behind Loply is quite simple. My wife opened a class at home. Initially, the number of students was small, so managing them with a notebook, Excel, and messages was fine. But after a while, as the number of students increased, management became chaotic: taking attendance each session, tracking tuition fees, managing finances, noting down students who were absent or had makeup classes, and sending messages to parents.

My wife wanted to find a classroom management software to make things easier, but when looking through the solutions available in the market, many software options were quite expensive, geared toward large centers, and the interfaces were not really user-friendly for individual users. So in my free time, I started coding a separate application for her to use first.

After further research, I found that this need wasn't unique to my family. Many teachers, tutors, or small teaching groups also faced similar issues, but there were not many suitable options in terms of cost and simplicity. Therefore, I continued to develop Loply focused on classroom management for individuals, small teaching groups, and small centers.

Currently, Loply has several key features such as:

• Managing class lists, enrollment numbers, and student information
• Taking student attendance for each session
• Monitoring tuition fees, debts, and revenues
• Statistics on tuition fees by day, month, or by class
• Sending Zalo messages to notify about tuition/parents
• Integrating Google Drive for document storage
• Integrating Google Meet for online classes
• A simple interface, directly usable in a browser, no complicated installation needed
• Data is secured and separated by each class/user unit

Regarding pricing, I plan to set it around 29,000 - 49,000 VND/month to make it more accessible for teachers and small groups. However, during the current beta period, Loply is still completely free of charge for everyone to try and provide feedback.

One more point I want to share is that all the core components of the application are coded and thoroughly reviewed by me, so I clearly understand the internal processing logic, from managing classes, students, attendance, tuition fees to sending notifications. Thus, if users have feedback or encounter real issues, I can accept and adjust relatively quickly.
