The situation is that there is an Obsidian vault for note-taking, but the issue arises from using multiple devices in various locations (at home, at work), so I am looking for a solution that allows me to view and edit the Obsidian vault quickly on the web without having to continuously sync files (because I can't afford to use Obsidian's sync service)
- Solution 1: linuxserver/obsidian works fine as native, but lacks authentication, anyone can access it
- Solution 2: code it myself, self-host, view/edit simply using nextjs + asp.net. Also meets the needs. I invested particularly in the search function, making it quite fast

Wishing everyone can self-host a vault as desired
