Agent Board is a task board (Kanban) designed specifically for the AI era — where humans and AI agents work together on the same board.

Problem

When you run multiple AI agents in parallel (Claude Code, Codex, other AI agents), tracking becomes chaotic: which one is working, which one is finished, which one is stuck, what just changed. You have to jump back and forth between numerous windows to get the situation.

Solution

Agent Board retains the familiar Kanban process (Backlog → Todo → In Progress → Review → Done), but instead of having to manually drag cards and update, the AI agent autonomously accepts tasks, switches columns, updates progress, takes notes, and reports completion. Looking at the board is no different than managing a development team — the only difference is that part of the members are AI.
