🔎 Find both content, not just titles

Advanced Search searches in titles and locally saved text when you open a chat. Search keywords across all three AIs and then open the original conversation. Unloaded messages, images, and attachments may not be indexed. Free opens the five most recent chats matching the search; Pro opens all results. You can clear local search cache at any time.

📄 Save useful conversations as PDF — Pro

Preview loaded messages in a separate tab, paginate, adjust zoom, and download A4 PDF with titles, lists, tables, and code. PDF is generated locally, without uploading conversations to Knoveya. Export does not scroll to load old history; unloaded messages and alternate answers may be missing. Images, files, and artifacts are not embedded. Creating and downloading PDF requires online verification of Pro account linkage.

💡 Reuse prompts

Save prompts in the Prompt Library and then insert them into supported AIs. Pro adds template prompts with variables to fill in.

🔄 Continue on another AI

Select Read visible chat to create an editable draft from the displayed text and code. Folderloom opens a new chat and fills the draft; you review it before hitting Send. Unloaded history, images, files, and artifacts may not transfer.

A Knoveya account login via Google is required. Free offers three chat folders and ten bookmarks per workspace, five prompts, three prompt folders, and three AI switches per month UTC. Pro is a one-time purchase, no subscription: removes all limits, adds prompt variables, PDF export, and opens all search results. Pro rights apply per account across devices; folders, prompts, and search indexes remain local on each device.

🔒 Your workspace belongs to you

Organizational data, prompts, settings, and search indexes are stored in Chrome local storage, not syncing content to Knoveya. Knoveya receives account info and usage for logins, Pro verification, and AI switch limits; it does not receive chat content, PDFs, or forwarded drafts.
