The real story: The Maths Center — where KLASSA was born

KLASSA wasn't tested in some far-off place. It operates daily at the HQ Maths Center (Hanoi) — where there are over 1000 students 🔸 and nearly 40 teachers 🔸 across 2 facilities in Hanoi KV🔸.

Before KLASSA, collecting tuition fees, attendance tracking, and payroll were scattered across more than a dozen Excel files 🔸. Each payroll closing took nearly 4 working days 🔸. By the end of the month, there were often discrepancies to verify, and parents frequently complained about not being informed in time when their children were absent.

Why does KLASSA exist? KLASSA is not a product conceived in a boardroom. It was born from a real Maths center in Hanoi. After many years struggling with expensive foreign software that was difficult to use and didn't understand how Vietnamese centers operated — along with fragmented Excel files that were prone to errors — we decided to build the tool we truly needed. Every feature in KLASSA originates from a real pain point: a wrongly collected tuition fee, a parent complaining about not being informed of their child's absence, a sleepless night calculating salary.
