The story behind Uspark

Finding a tutor is usually informal: parents ask friends, browse scattered social posts, and make a decision with very little reliable information.

The difficult part is not discovering another tutor profile. It is deciding whether to trust a stranger with your child.

Uspark approaches that problem through a simple loop:

1. A family finds a tutor based on real needs: subject, location, availability, experience, and price.
2. They request a free trial lesson.
3. The tutor accepts and teaches the lesson.
4. Both sides review the experience.
5. Each completed lesson leaves useful reputation for the next family.

The free trial is therefore not just a promotion. It reduces risk for families, protects tutors by limiting repeated free lessons, and creates genuine marketplace trust.

Now is the hard part, the problems, the questions I can not answer yet:
- Uspark is new and it's extremely hard to gain the trust from both parents and tutors
- There are so many competitors out there, and at the moment, Uspark is not unique enough
- If Uspark can gain users, how Uspark can keep users using for a long term (prevent leakage)
