The pain we experience

I am a BE Developer, and my girlfriend is a BA at an outsourcing company. In our work, we recognized a familiar pain point for every Comtor and BA: they have to handle a massive amount of documents from Japanese clients, rewriting them in two directions — both Vietnamese documents for domestic Dev and QC, and Japanese documents to return to the clients. Manual processing takes a lot of time and effort.

We have tried several available AI translation services, but they all face the same issues:

• The translated wording is not "industry-specific," and does not match the context of the technical documents.

• File formatting gets mixed up, with many formatting errors, failing to maintain the original layout.

• License costs are quite expensive compared to the actual value received.

The solution's inception

From this very pain, we began to create a small tool — initially just to solve the problem for ourselves. When we found it truly useful, we decided to invest more refined efforts to share it with the community, along with license packages at the most reasonable costs. To be honest, if we calculate ROI, we only hope to cover the server costs.

About the quality

The quality of the translation has been validated by myself and several actual users, and the results are quite good. We do not promise perfection — you may still need to adjust a few words to fit the context of each document — but our goal is to provide the best "value/cost" ratio possible.
